How does the free trial work?
Your first 30 days are free, with everything included — the AI, competitor analysis and changes to your Google Ads. You add a card when you start; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we email you 3 days before it does. Cancel any time before then in Settings → Billing and you pay nothing — your campaigns, ads and keywords stay in your Google Ads account. The free trial is for a business's first subscription. Gexad's account analysis is free without a card.
How is the price worked out?
By the monthly Google Ads spend Gexad manages for you — all your connected accounts together. Pick it on the slider: $49 a month up to $5k of spend, and the bigger the spend, the smaller the price as a share of it (0.38% at $500k). Every feature is included at every spend.
Do I need my own AI account or API key?
No. The AI is built in and included in the price — there's nothing to sign up for, no key to paste and no separate AI bill.
Is my Google Ads spend included in the price?
No. Your ad spend is billed by Google, as it is today. The price is only for Gexad.
What if my spend grows past my tier?
If your spend stays above your tier for two months in a row, you move up to the tier that fits from the next month. We email you before it happens, and you can always change it yourself in Settings → Billing.
Monthly or yearly?
Either. Yearly is 20% cheaper and billed once a year in advance; monthly is billed each month. Both are in US dollars through our payment processor, Stripe, plus any applicable taxes.
Can I connect more than one Google Ads account?
Yes, as many as you like, with as many team members as you like. The price follows the total spend across them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our Terms of Service.
Will Gexad change my account without asking?
Only if you allow it. You start with suggestions and approvals; you can let Gexad apply changes on its own, but only within the automation level and guardrails you set, and every change is recorded.
What needs a subscription?
Everything Gexad does for you with its AI — building campaigns, writing ads, reading competitors — and every change it makes in your Google Ads account, including automation. Without a subscription you see what it would do, locked, and nothing in your account is changed.
